Built on a general contractor's job sites
Groupe DCR is a general contractor in commercial, institutional and industrial construction across Greater Montreal. Like every GC, it lives the same closeout: dozens of documents to chase, check and assemble before the project can be handed over.
DocRevo came out of that. Developed by the DCR team with technology partners, it automates project documentation: it reads the specs, structures the requirements, tracks what comes in and produces the closeout package.
AI does the repetitive work: finding requirements in the specs, sorting documents, flagging what doesn't match. Your people keep the judgment and the signature.
DocRevo has been in development since 2024 and is now carried by DCR NOVA, a company affiliated with Groupe DCR, with a commercial launch targeted for 2027. The goal hasn't changed: bring construction practices in Quebec up to date, with rigour.
